- You can join a club regardless of your level.
- Way to Join a Club
- If you want to join a club, you can select one you want in the club list.
- On the right side of club name, you can find ‘Join’ button, which you should click.
- You will find the club captain’s message and can write a message to him.
- A message (Completed. The club captain will process your application, and you would be a club member.) comes out and you can be accepted or rejected by him.

Create Club |

- Your level should be Lv25 or higher if you want to create a club.
- You can click ‘Create club’ button and move to the relevant page.
- Way to create a club
- Select the character under who you want to create a club and decide its name.
- Check if the club name you choose is already used via redundancy check button.
- The methods of membership admission are approved membership and immediate membership.
- Approved: The club master has to approve of the application.
- Immediate: The applicant is accepted immediately after application
- Club introduction Message.
Ex) Hello, this is XXXXX club.
- Click ‘Apply’ button.
- Once you confirm above, click ‘Submit’ button and have your application delivered to the GM. (GM will process the applications for approving or rejecting clubs). (It takes 1~2 days)
- After club captain created a club, normal users can apply to the club freely and number of each club member is limited as the max 30 members.
- If the club captain wants to increase club members, club captain should buy an increase member item

- GM will process your application of creating club, and the club would be created.

|
- The methods of membership admission:
There are 2 ways, approved membership and immediate membership.
- Approved: The club master has to approve of the application.
- Immediate: The applicant is accepted immediately after application.
- Discontinued: Don't accept club member anymore.
- Guide message:
You can give club captain’s message to new member.
- You would give some questions to new member, when new member try to join your club.
Example) Question: 1. where are you staying?

3) Approving |

|
- Club captain can see applicant’s information such as character name, message, applied date and message.
- Club captain and vice captain will in turn accept, reject, or reject/block the applicants.

|
|
- If club captain want to reject or block the applicants, the captain has to input the reason of that. The reason would be shown to the member.
Ex) Reason of reject: Your level is too low. Reason of block: You are using bad word on the chat.

4) Blocked user list |
|
|
 |
|
|
- Club captain can see the blocked member list and information such as character name, reason of block and blocked date. And the blocked user cannot join your club again.
|
|
|
|
|
|
5) Termination List (Membership termination list) |
|
|
 |
|
|
- Club captain can see who has terminated membership and blocked.
- Character name/ Reason of Termination/ Date of Termination/Specific/Blocked.
- If club captain wants to block the member, has to input the reason of blocked.

|
|
|
6) Club Management (Member management) |
|
|
 |
|
|
- Club captain can transfer his master position to another and adjust club member grades as well.
(Club master/vice master/member)
- The member grade is classified in Captain(1)/Vice Captain(2) and Normal member(10)
- Caution when transferring Club Captain Position
: If club captain transfer his position to one of his club member character, please take note that the club captain become an ordinary member.

7) Erase Club (Club cancellation application) |
|
|
 |
|
|
- Club captain can remove his club.
:After specifying the reason for application and clicking ‘OK’, the club captain’s application is delivered to GM. Once the application for cancellation is received, it is processed within 1 week. During this period, the club captain cannot create another club or seek membership to another club.
- When club captain apply for cancellation, the following data will be deleted:
- All club-related information
- Club ranking information
- Automatic termination of membership for all members
- Once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored anymore.
